Mr. Glenn A. Miller, Chairman has 30 years of experience in the financial and real estate sector including the founding of three financial institutions. Within this framework he has provided asset management to pension funds and institutional investors in all forms of real estate development. Mr. Miller is a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plan, a Director of a number of Canadian companies and a noted speaker on real estate investment for pension funds. Mr. Miller has a Bachelor of Science degree and is an MBA graduate from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario.
Mr. David V. Johnston, President & Chief Executive Officer of PenEquity, has over 20 years of real estate industry acquisition/disposition, financial structuring and administration experience, including retail, office, industrial and residential developments. Mr. Johnston has provided asset management to pension funds and institutional investors in all forms of real estate development. He is a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plan and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation with Price Waterhouse. He has a Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario.
Ms. Carmen Bruccoleri, Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, has over 12 years of real estate management & development experience. She graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce and Economics Degree and obtained her Chartered Accountant designation with KPMG.
Mr. Leger Xavier, Vice President, Development & Leasing, has 10 years of experience managing and actively implementing strategies to maximize value within a diverse real estate portfolio of food anchored, entertainment and mixed-use urban developments. In addition, Mr. Xavier has served as Treasurer and Chair of the Executive Committee of the Downtown Yonge Business Improvement Area for the last five years. Mr. Xavier is a graduate from the University of Western Ontario with an Honors Degree in Urban Development.
Mr. Douglas L. Peters, Vice President, Urban Planning & Construction & Residential, has 30 years of experience in the real estate development industry in the areas of design, construction and leasing of retail, office, industrial and residential developments. Mr. Peters is a member of the Ontario Industrial Development Council, Greater Toronto Home Builders' Association and past member of B.O.M.A. (Building Owners and Managers Association). He has a Certified Engineering Technician (C.E.T.) designation from Ryerson University in Toronto, Ontario.
Mr. Lawrence J. Burke, Vice President, Suburban Planning & Construction, has been involved over 28 years in the ICI industry with experience in contracting, project management, municipal approvals, site development, construction and stakeholder analysis. Mr. Burke is a member of the Professional Management Institute and studied Architectural Technology at Algonquin College.
Ms. Stacey Lenathen, Vice President, Property Management has over 8 years of experience in all facets of property and asset management. Ms. Lenathen has managed retail and commercial developments in both enclosed and open air shopping centre environments. Ms. Lenathen is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC) and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Operations from DeVry University in Calgary, Alberta. She has achieved the designation of Certified Shopping Centre Manager from the ICSC.
Mr. Timothy J. Conway has served as Director of Financing at PenEquity Realty Corporation for the past 6 years. He is currently Vice President of PenEquity’s newly formed media division, Metropolis Media, which is responsible for the development and implementation of outdoor signage and digital broadcasting systems. He brings 35 years of experience in financial services including real estate, equipment and business financing.
Mr. Neil Miller, has over the past 10 years, developed and managed various businesses incorporating strong national and international brands with new technologies. He has also served as Treasurer and sits on the Executive Committee of the Yonge Dundas Square Board of Management. Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor of Economics Degree and is also an MBA graduate from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario.
